Tyler Voth, Publishing Coordinator and Editor

Tyler oversees all of our book projects from beginning to end by managing all the various details that go into bringing a book to life. In addition to this project management role, he is also a skilled editor. Tyler is the main point of contact for all matters related to ACHIEVE Publishing. He is passionate about books and his genuine care for people comes through in all his interactions, whether in person, by phone, or via email.

Eric Stutzman, CEO

Eric is the CEO of ACHIEVE, CTRI, and ACHIEVE Publishing. He is a caring and insightful leader who believes that building authentic relationships is the best way to lead people effectively. This belief is evident in the book projects that support ACHIEVE’s vision of creating workplaces where people like to work, and CTRI’s goal of creating a world where everyone is trauma-informed. Eric is co-author of The Culture Question and Don’t Blame the Lettuce, and you can find his latest thoughts about leadership and workplace culture on ACHIEVE’s blog and podcast.

Lisa Friesen, Designer

Lisa Friesen is a graphic designer and owner of Ninth + May Design Co. She has designed all our books and we appreciate both her exceptional style and how pleasant she is to work with. Prior to founding her own design firm, she worked at Relish Design Studios and was the head designer at the Winnipeg Art Gallery (WAG) where she finetuned her craft for nearly a decade.

Vicki Enns, Clinical Consultant

Vicki is the Clinical Director of one of our parent divisions, CTRI. She holds a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree, and runs her own counseling practice with individuals, couples and families. She is involved in all the book projects with a mental health or counselling focus as either the content editor or clinical consultant. Vicki’s role in these books is crucial as we strive to maintain high standards of quality and provide evidence-based content.

Ana Speranza, Consultant

Ana is our former publishing coordinator who, after moving on to other opportunities, continues to support us as a consultant. For each of our book projects, she is an important additional set of eyes, offering valuable insights on both design and content. Her intimate knowledge of the book industry and ability to consider the nuanced details is valued by the rest of the ACHIEVE Publishing team.
